PRIVATE SECTOR/ NOT FOR PROFIT
It could be a bank closing its local branches, an airline defending its fare structure and performance, a supermarket removing a controversial product from its shelves,
a construction company going bust. All of these are regular news headlines that demand comments and interviews with senior management. Our training prepares these spokespeople for the hostile questioning they will inevitably be confronted with on live or recorded radio and TV.
In the Not For Profit Sector charities want to use interview opportunities to promote their organisations and encourage donations from the public. We train them to visualise what they do, engage the audience and tell a story that people will remember.
Working with leading public relations firms, we are used to receiving briefs and specific subject scenarios.
We then formulate the questions that will test and stretch the spokesperson’s capabilities.
